Did Bigg Boss 17 Fame Ayesha Khan Take A Jibe At Her Ex Munawar Faruqui In AMA Session?

Munawar Faruqui and Ayesha Khan’s controversial relationship became one of the major highlights of the 17th season of the reality TV show Bigg Boss. While the stand-up comedian was in the show from the start, Ayesha was a wild card entrant. After her entry, she made some shocking revelations, alleging that Munawar was unfaithful to her. It seems like Ayesha once again took a dig at her ex-boyfriend Munawar.

On Thursday, Ayesha did an Ask Me Anything session on her Instagram, and one of her fans commented, “Shadi Mubarak ho, sister (Congratulations on your marriage, sister).” The actress was taken aback by it. She posted the comment on her IG Stories and wrote, “Hein??? Meri toh ek bhi nahi hui (Huh? I haven’t even been married even once),” followed by a laughing face emoji.

Ayesha’s reply seemingly looked like a slight dig at the stand-up comedian. When she had entered the Bigg Boss house in the show’s last season, the actress alleged that Munawar proposed marriage to another woman while two-timing with her and his ex-girlfriend Nazila. She also claimed that the stand-up comedian and his team would approach women in the name of making music videos. During the show, Munawar had repeatedly denied the allegations levied on him by Ayesha. However, she kept explaining her side of the story.

On the other hand, after lifting the trophy of Bigg Boss 17, Munawar got married for the second time to Mumbai-based makeup artist Mehzabeen in a private ceremony in May 2024. They celebrated their union in the presence of their family and close friends and completely avoided sharing information about their wedding with the media. For those who are unaware, Munawar was previously married to Jasmine for almost five years and has a son, Mikael, with her, whose custody is with him. Mehzabeen is also reportedly a divorcee and has a 10-year-old daughter from her previous marriage.

On the professional front, Munawar is busy shooting for his debut web series, First Copy. He often takes to his Instagram account to share updates about the same. After her brief stint in Bigg Boss 17, Ayesha Khan showed her killer moves in a song of the 2024 Telugu film Gangs of Godavari. Apart from this, she is soon going to collaborate with Dulquer Salman on the upcoming Telugu film Lucky Bhaskar.
