Eetha Release Date: The wait is over for Shraddha Kapoor’s ‘Eetha’; The release date is revealed, it will be released in theaters on ‘Ya’ day

There is a good news for the fans of actress Shraddha Kapoor. After the superhit film ‘Stri 2’, fans were eagerly waiting for Shraddha’s upcoming film ‘Eetha’. Now, the makers have officially announced the release date of the film.

Shraddha Kapoor starrer Etha will hit the theaters in 2026 on the festival day of Rakshabandhan i.e. 28th August. After making ‘Chaava’ in 2025, producer Dinesh Vijan and director Laxman Utekar have teamed up once again for this film.

The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Randeep Hooda and Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub in lead roles. In November last year, there was a news that the shooting of the film ‘Eetha’ had started. Now the date of the exhibition has also been announced. The film will hit the big screens in about two months. The film is a biopic on the life of famous lavani dancer Withabai. Shraddha Kapoor will play the role of Vithabai. The film will show the journey of Vithabai, their success and their struggles between the decades of 1940s to 1990s. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan.

Shraddha Kapoor’s last film, Stree 2, was a blockbuster at the box office. Starring Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi and Abhishek Banerjee in lead roles, the film became one of the highest grossing Hindi films of all time. Akshay Kumar also played a guest role in this film.
