Electric Bike: Competition in the Indian electric vehicle (EV) market is continuously increasing and now a new name is going to join the race. Samarth E-Mobility has officially announced its new electric two-wheeler brand Avore. The company is preparing to launch its first electric motorcycle in the Indian market soon, which will compete with Ola Electric, Revolt Motors and other leading EV manufacturers.
Will target 125-200cc segment
The company plans to offer its electric bike as an alternative to 125cc to 200cc petrol motorcycles. It aims to attract customers who are looking for an electric bike with better performance, lower running costs and smart technology.
Website launched, first glimpse revealed
The official website of the Avore brand has also been launched. The initial glimpse of the motorcycle has been seen from the teaser released on the website, which clearly shows that the company is focusing on modern design and advanced technology.
Powerful battery and motor
According to media reports, Avore’s first electric motorcycle can be provided with an electric motor of 10.5kW capacity. There is a possibility of getting a 5kWh battery pack with it, which will be offered with IP67 rating. This battery will provide better protection from dust and water.
AI and smart connectivity features will be available
The new electric bike is expected to have AI based smart system, digital instrument cluster, turn-by-turn navigation, riding data, connected features and other modern features. The company claims that the bike has been developed completely in-house to provide a better and smarter experience to the customers.
When will it be launched?
At present, the company has not disclosed the launch date, but it is believed that Avore can introduce its first electric motorcycle in the Indian market in the coming months. Amidst the growing EV demand, this new brand can present a strong challenge in the Indian electric two-wheeler market.
