Even diabetic patients will be happy after eating ragi pudding.
1/2 cup ragi flour
2 cups milk
1 tbsp dry fruits
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
3 tbsp desi ghee
sugar or jaggery as per taste
To make Ragi Kheer, first add 3 tablespoons of desi ghee in a pan.
After this, add ragi flour to it and stir it on low flame.
Then fry it for about 5 minutes until it turns golden.
After this, add milk to the flour and cook for about 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
Then add 1 spoon desi ghee, cardamom powder and sugar as per taste and mix.
\After this, cook the halwa while stirring continuously till it leaves the pan.
Then add finely chopped dry fruits to it and mix it well.
After this, cook it for about a minute and then turn off the gas.
Now your delicious and nutritious ragi halwa is ready.
