Clean your eyes regularly
- Negligence towards the eyes can cause problems like watery eyes, burning, itching, redness of the eyes, swelling and blurred vision, and to protect the eyes from these problems, you should clean the eyes regularly. Wash with cold water 3 to 4 times a day.
- To increase eyesight, you should consume adequate amounts of Vitamin A, and Vitamin K, rich food such as milk, butter, carrots, tomatoes, eggs, pureed and green vegetables etc. If you do this work daily, then your eyesight will never decrease. And one should drink water after waking up in the morning, drinking at least 8 to 9 glasses of water throughout the day is very effective for the eyes.
- And you must take adequate amount of 8 to 9 hours of sleep and along with this, massage with almond oil with light hands to nourish the skin around the eyes. And if you do this work daily, then your eyesight will never decrease.
