Famous teacher and director of Khan Global Coaching, Khan Sir alias Faizal Khan has got a big relief in the coaching institute firing case. Patna court has currently stayed his arrest in this case. After this decision of the court, Khan sir has got immediate legal relief. Till now the sword of arrest was hanging over him.
This case is related to the recent incident of firing and violence related to Khan Sir’s Coaching Institute located in Kadamkuan area of Patna. After the incident, the police had registered a case and during the investigation, Khan sir’s name also came up. After this the possibility of action against him had increased.

Khan Sir got relief
In this matter, Khan Sir approached the court and demanded advance relief. His lawyer had already clarified that Khan sir will not surrender in the court and will seek anticipatory bail and relief from arrest as per the legal process. It was told that in view of the available facts, the court ordered a stay on his arrest for the time being. This relief is interim and further decision on the matter will be taken in the further hearing. However, with this decision of the court, Khan sir has got relief from arrest for some time.
What is the whole controversy?
The incident started with firing on June 2 outside the coaching institute of Khan Sir alias Faizal Khan in Patna. According to initial reports, an incident of firing was reported outside the institute, following which an atmosphere of tension was created in the area. A security guard was also injured in this incident. Later information came to light that the guard had opened fire only on the instructions of Khan Sir. Since then the police was searching for Khan sir. In Patna, students took to the streets against his arrest and even clashed with the police. The investigating agencies had started probing the reasons behind the incident and the role of those involved in it, including the name of Khan sir.

FIR against Khan Sir
During the investigation, some allegations came to light that the role of people associated with the coaching complex should also be investigated. After this the police registered an FIR and Khan sir’s name also came under the ambit of investigation. . The names of three people including Khan sir are included in the FIR registered at Kadamkuan police station in Patna. A case was registered against it under Section 109 of the Indian Judicial Code and Sections 25(9), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. On the other hand, Khan sir called it a conspiracy and said that the entire matter should be investigated impartially.
