Government's plan ready for BSNL 4G network, work started rapidly

New Delhi. BSNL (BSNL 4G) is continuously taking new steps to repair the network. The 4G network was started in September last year. By the end of October this year, more than 50 thousand 4G sites have been installed while out of these, 41,957 sites have also gone on-air. This information has been given in the Parliament. BSNL is also working rapidly on 5G network. The trial process is almost complete.

When will BSNL 4G and 5G network be launched?

In response to this question, he said that our entire network will be rolled out keeping in mind the Self-reliant India initiative. Work on 4G sites across the country is going on at a very fast pace. This work has already been completed in most places. According to the ET report, the supply of 4G equipment started from September 2023. A total of 50,708 4G sites have been installed as of October 31, 2024. While 41,957 sites have gone on-air.

Work is also going on on AI chatbot

Before rolling out 4G, a complete strategy is being prepared by BSNL. All these decisions are being taken for better network quality. Consumer support is also being brought for AI chatbot. An interim report has also been given by BCG to BSNL management. It explains how 4G networks can be implemented. Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has been given full responsibility. BSNL wants that people can get better network at lower cost.

BSNL 5G

Talking about BSNL 5G, work on it is going on at a fast pace. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia himself has made a video call from it. Scindia used only BSNL 5G network. However, many questions are still arising regarding this network. Scindia himself had said that there is definitely a delay in bringing the network, but we want to bring a better network which works fast and is very good.
