Greater Noida. The Greater Noida Authority is preparing to bring the scheme of institutional, commercial, industrial and residential plots soon. Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, has instructed all departments to bring schemes in view of the upcoming ground breaking ceremony.

CEO Ritu Maheshwari reviewed department wise on Tuesday. While reviewing the commercial department, the CEO directed to bring the plans for constructed shops and kiosks along with the plots. Plans for 22 commercial plots are due next week. The FAR on these plots is 4. Plans for milk booths and petrol pumps are also being prepared soon. The CEO directed that a survey of the left out shops should also be conducted, so that the shops obtained should be included in the scheme.

The CEO said that after taking possession of all the recently canceled plots, they must be included in the upcoming plans. The CEO has also targeted to bring the scheme of institutional plots in the next week. The CEO also directed the housing estate department to bring the scheme of left out flats at the earliest. The planning of industrial plots has ended recently. The CEO has given instructions to conduct the auction of these plots soon.

Along with this, the CEO instructed to implement the agreement signed with the investors to play a major role of the Greater Noida Authority in the ground breaking ceremony. Instructed them to provide land, get lease deed and cooperate in getting the map passed.

In the review meeting of the builder’s department, CEO Ritu Maheshwari instructed to conduct e-auction of the plots of the previous scheme soon. Along with this, instructions were also given to cancel the allotment of vacant plots and convert the MoU into investment. All senior officers including ACEO Anand Vardhan, OSD Soumya Srivastava, OSD Vishu Raja were present in the meeting.
