Problems of Diabetes :-

A bowl of rice also contains calories equal to about ten teaspoons of sugar. As a result, consuming rice regularly on a daily basis increases the chances of getting a major disease like diabetes.

Chances of having weak bones :-

Our body needs sufficient amount of "Vitamin C" and rice is not found in abundance of Vitamin C. People who consume excessive rice, their body does not get any benefit from it, but they have to face many problems.
