Due to the rapidly increasing temperature and heat in many parts of the country, people are losing their sweat. Heatstroke and heat emissions occur during this hot and hot summer, which can make people seriously ill.

Extra steps need to be taken to protect the heart for a long and healthy life. Older people, especially those dealing with high blood pressure, obesity or heart disease, or who have had a stroke before, need to take extra precautions

Keep these 5 things in mind during the summer season

1) Do not go out in the sun

It would be better not to leave the house till 12 to 3 o’clock in the day. Because at this time the sun is very strong. This can increase your risk of heart problems.

2) Dress according to summer:

Light colored cotton fabric is better for summer. Wear a hat and glasses. Apply sunscreen with at least 15 SPF before going out. If you are outside, apply sunscreen every two hours.

3) Drink more water

Keep the body hydrated. Drink water every time. Drink water before and after going outside or after exercise. Do not consume caffeinated or alcohol.
