Maintain energy level in fasting
Every person keeps some fast and some people do not even eat fruits during this time but our body also has some needs and it needs energy or energy to work smoothly, which the body gets from food only. Is.
Due to lack of energy, there are some irregularities like dizziness, nausea, weakness, constipation, acidity which are common during fasting. In fasting for one day, these complaints either do not occur or the body becomes normal the next day, but during long lasting fasts like Navratri, the situation can also become serious. There are some things by adopting which you can also fulfill your fast with reverence and can also avoid these troubles.
food and drink: If you are eating fruits during the fast, then instead of eating a lot of fruits sitting once a day, eat fruits five-six times. This will keep the sugar level in the blood stable and the body will get energy. If you also take tea and coffee during fasting, then definitely take morning tea because research done at Bristol University has shown that people who are used to drinking tea or coffee every day, they get the most benefit from morning tea. It only happens with coffee. Drinking tea or coffee throughout the day does not prove beneficial. If these people are not able to drink tea in the morning, then weakness and fatigue remain throughout the day.
Take a deep breath: If oxygen does not reach the body properly, then the energy level of the body decreases surprisingly, so take deep breaths especially during fasting for thirty seconds. Breathe in through your nose for a count of three (try to breathe into the belly and not just the chest) and exhale slowly for a count of six.
Workout: A little stretching can go a long way in keeping your energy level up. Due to this your muscles relax and there is more circulation of blood which also gives you extra energy.
During exercise, there is a need to take deep breaths, due to which the body gets more oxygen, which also gives more energy automatically.
Drink more water: 60 percent of the body weight of a man and 50 percent of a woman’s body is due to water. Water regulates body temperature and energy level. Its deficiency can lead to a loss of 9-12 percent of the body weight, which can lead to weakness. Therefore, drink more and more water during the fast so that the energy level remains normal.
