Earlier heart disease used to occur with increasing age, now it can occur in young children, young children or at any age. Heart disease is also a result of our unhealthy lifestyle. The symptoms are persistent or sudden intensification of chest pain, burning sensation in the chest, tightness, rapid heartbeat, pain spreading from the chest to the left arm.
In such a situation, fatigue is also felt quickly, while climbing the stairs, it seems as if more pressure is being felt on the heart. All these symptoms are of heart related disease. To avoid these, we should pay special attention to some things after the age of 30 so that a healthy heart can support us for a long time.
To avoid heart disease, we should consume less salt and less oil from the beginning.
If the heart is getting nervous, the heartbeat is fast and sweating is also happening, then eat sweet pomegranate or take plum. You will get immediate relief.
Wash and soak 1 tsp fenugreek seeds overnight, eat fenugreek seeds after chewing on an empty stomach and drink water. By doing this regularly, you will be saved from heart disease.
Mix equal quantity of white cumin, black cumin, carom seeds, rock salt. Roast asafoetida and grind it, now mix everything and fill it in a vial and take two and a half to three grams daily. Keep the quantity of asafoetida same as carom seeds.
Boil 1 handful of pomegranate in 1 glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning. Leave it lukewarm when the water is reduced to half. After filtering drink the water and eat the grains too. By doing it regularly, there is benefit in heart related problems.
Take a spoonful of flaxseeds regularly. Do this regularly. Flax seeds and garlic are very beneficial for heart related problems.
If you have high BP or have heart problems, drink gourd soup in the morning or evening or eat its vegetables regularly. Doing this regularly for a month will give benefits.
Mix 10 ml pomegranate juice, 10 grams ground sugar candy and drink it daily in the morning. Stiffness of heart is removed.
