fruit:

Low fat milk, low fat yogurt.

Other drinks:

Coffee, Green Tea.

What not to eat in uric acid:

Patients with uric acid should avoid seafood. For example, crab, shrimp etc. Also, don’t eat foods with sugar, honey and high fructose corn syrup. Also do not eat yeast of any kind.

Avoid bakery products, avoid alcohol, avoid canned food and avoid fish and meat. Some types of fish should not be eaten at all. High-sugar drinks, vegetarian sources of protein such as cauliflower, soy, cottage cheese, pulses can also increase uric acid levels.
