Yoga and Exercise – Some Precautions
People who exercise regularly remain healthy and calm. Those who do not exercise yet, they should start exercising regularly.
More fat people should do exercise but not too jumpy.
If you go for a walk, walk on the treadmill, then wear the right shoes, otherwise your knees will get damaged quickly.
Regular exercise means exercising 5 days a week. If you exercise for seven days, even better.
If you have knee pain, do not do brisk walk. Those who are healthy should do brisk walk slowly in the beginning. Take it forward slowly. Brisk walk can be done for 15 minutes. Note that only healthy people should do this.
There are often two types of exercise, one with gym exercise machines, the other aerobic. Keep in mind that do not do heavy weight exercises in the gym.
Do not use the lift and climb the stairs. Use stairs on both sides.
Do not make the exercise too easy or too difficult. According to your ability, move from easy exercises to slightly harder exercises. Don’t give 100% of your potential. This will make you feel tired and get bored very quickly.
Take out 45 minutes for regular yoga. Take a short walk first, then practice pranayama and then asanas. Finally, take rest in Shavasana. While doing pranayama, after completing each repetition, take some rest. Similarly after every posture.
If you are working, then take some time in between in the office and keep doing subtle movements of hands, feet, neck.
You can do both yoga and exercise regularly if you have the right time. If you have less time, then divide both of them at different times like doing yoga, pranayama in the morning. Exercise when you get time during the day.
