In winter cold- Cold in winter never bothers by eating jaggery-sesame barfi. By eating it, heat remains in the body. And it doesn’t even feel cold.

In asthma- Mix jaggery and lemon juice in a cup of grated radish and cook for about 20 minutes. Eat a spoonful of this mixture every day. This treatment is very effective for asthma patients. Asthma patients get a lot of benefit from this.

Make lungs healthy Jaggery contains selenium and acts as an antioxidant. It completely protects the throat and lungs from infection and helps a lot in keeping them healthy.

In nose allergies People who have frequent nasal allergies must consume jaggery with 1 teaspoon of Giloy and 2 teaspoons of gooseberry juice on a hungry stomach in the morning.
