necessary materials
- Vaseline (Petroleum Jelly) – 1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil – 1 tsp
- Aloe vera gel – 1 tablespoon (fresh or market)

How to make cream
Put Vaseline in a clean bowl. Add coconut oil to it and heat it lightly so that both get blended well. When the mixture cools down a bit, add aloe vera gel to it and beat it well. Fill it in a clean small container and let it set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

Before sleeping at night, wash your heels with lukewarm water and dry them. Apply the prepared cream in a thick layer on the heels. If you want, sleep wearing cotton socks, this will make the cream work throughout the night. By using it daily for 5-7 days, the difference will be clearly visible.
