– Four papads
– two onions
– two tomatoes
– a bowl of green coriander
– chilli powder
Salt as per taste
oil as needed

Method for making Masala Papad:

First of all, finely chop onion, tomato and green coriander and keep them in a bowl.

Now heat oil in a pan on medium heat.

As soon as the oil is hot, add papad and fry till it becomes golden.

Keep the fried papads one by one on the plate.

Put finely chopped onions, tomatoes and green coriander on all the papads alternately.

Finally sprinkle red chili powder and salt on top.

Masala Papad is ready.
