ICC issues arrest warrant against Putin

The judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC) have given a big blow to Russian President Vladimir Putin in the case of Ukraine. The court has issued an arrest warrant against Putin. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky said in this matter, “The ICC warrant against Putin is ‘just the beginning’.”

The President of Ukraine welcomed the decision of the ICC. He said on Friday that the issuance of an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin is only a preliminary step. The decision of the International Criminal Court is the first step towards restoring justice to the Russian invasion.

At the same time, a statement has been issued by the Kremlin spokesperson in this matter. It states that Putin’s arrest warrant is outrageous and unacceptable. The ICC’s decision has no legal significance.

When Putin’s army reached Ukraine, everyone predicted that Ukraine would soon surrender to Russia. However, this has not yet appeared to happen. On the contrary, Ukraine is firmly on the front. In such a situation, questions are now being raised about Russia and Putin.
