Trick to make Dosa: Most of the women face the problem that their dosa gets broken. If you also find that dosa sticks or breaks while making it. So today we are going to tell you such tips which will prepare crispy and tasty dosa just like a hotel restaurant.

To make crispy and tasty dosa just like a hotel restaurant, the first thing is that the dosa batter should not be too thick or too thin. If you drop the batter with a spoon, it should fall easily.

If you are facing difficulty in making dosa batter at home, then you can also use the batter available in the market. Before using the market dosa batter, dilute it by adding a little water. Market dosa batter is quite thick. Now take a cast iron pan for dosa, if you want you can also use normal iron pan. Keep in mind that if the pan is flat then the dosa will be cooked better on it.

Now first heat the pan and then grease it thoroughly by applying any oil. Now clean all the oil with a wet towel and let the pan cool down. With this trick, your pan will become nonstick. To make dosa, heat the pan lightly and then add 1-2 drops of oil and spread it well with a paper or towel. Keep in mind that the pan should not be too hot while spreading the dosa.

You sprinkle some water and after it dries, spread the dosa. To spread the dosa, pour the batter in the middle of the pan and slowly spread the dosa by rotating it in a circular motion all over the pan. Now keep the gas flame medium low and let the dosa cook until it turns light brown.

When the dosa sinks from the bottom, you will see it start rising slightly from the edges. Now spread the prepared potato stuffing over the dosa and fold it and turn it over. If you are eating plain dosa, then add some ghee before turning the dosa. This will make the taste of plain paper dosa even more delicious. Lightly wet the thing you are using to flip the dosa. With this the dosa will turn easily. Eat prepared dosa with chutney and sambar.
