If you have prepared dry vegetables and by mistake there is excess oil in it, then after cooking all the vegetables, keep the vegetables aside in the pan or pan. Place a steel cutter in the middle of the vegetable in the pan or kadhai. Then cover and cook for two minutes. Then serve the vegetables.
By keeping the bowl, all the vegetable oil will accumulate around the bowl. Just leave the vegetable in the bowl as it is and serve it on the side.
