In the changing season, drinking herbal tea made from basil, dry grapes, cinnamon, dry ginger and black pepper once a day keeps immunity healthy.

Drink green tea two to three times a day. Immunity will increase.

Eat 8-10 almonds daily for a healthy immune system.
