In Noida, the police saved the life of a young man by tracking a suicide note posted on social media.

Greater Noida. A young man suffering from depression posted a picture of the noose on Instagram and wrote that today I will end myself. As soon as the Lucknow headquarters received the notification of this post from the headquarters of Instagram, they immediately alerted the Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar.

The Greater Noida Police acted immediately on the basis of the post and reached the spot by tracing the location from the mobile number and counseling the young man by calling his family members, which saved his life. Distressed due to family discord, a young man announcing his suicide posted a picture of the noose on Instagram and wrote that today I will end myself.

The Instagram post was immediately forwarded by the Instagram network to the DGP Headquarters media cell in Lucknow. On tracing the location, it was found that the youth is a resident of Gautam Buddha Nagar in UP.

On the basis of this information Noida media started looking for him, then it was found that the youth’s name is Amit Kumar and he is 20 years old. He is a resident of Chandravali village located in Thana Dankaur of Gautam Budh Nagar, UP. When the police met the young man, it came to know that he had a fight with his wife last night.

Due to this, he got upset and had decided to end his life. Noida Police informed Amit Kumar’s family and counseled him. This saved the young man’s life.
