What time will the match start?

According to a report by ESPN-Cricinfo, out of the 5 T20 matches to be held between India and England, 3 matches will be day-night. The England Cricket Board had announced the schedule of this T20 series last year itself. At that time the timing of the day-night match was fixed at 11 pm Indian time. But now just a few days before the start of the series, ECB has decided to change it. Now these three day-night matches will start at 10 pm Indian time.

Why did ECB take this decision?

According to reports, the England Cricket Board has taken this decision after discussing with the broadcaster of the series. The number of spectators watching the matches of the Indian team is more than any other country. In such a situation, the broadcaster also tries to achieve maximum viewership. Its direct benefit is to the broadcaster in the form of more earnings, which also benefits the board.
