*Mauganj / Villagers have complained to the District CEO Collector Mauganj about the corruption prevalent in Gram Panchayat Mudaria Chauban, just five kilometers away from the district headquarters. It was told that the work has not been completed by the Sarpanch Secretary of the Panchayat by withdrawing funds for various works. An amount of lakhs of rupees was withdrawn in the name of construction of soak pits, roofed platforms near community toilets and hand pumps along with other arrangements including electricity, fitting and doors in the cow shed built in the Panchayat and repair of old works. Villagers alleged that no work was completed. It has been alleged that wages worth lakhs are yet to be paid for the construction of the cowshed.
