Today the first match of the ODI series between India and Australia is being played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. In this match, Indian captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and decided to bowl first. The Indian bowlers proved the decision of the Indian captain right by performing brilliantly and got Australia all out for 188 runs. In the match, Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami sent 3 Australian batsmen to the pavilion.

During the post Australian innings, fast bowler Mohammed Shami said that, (On making bowling easier)

‘It takes a lot of hard work, you have to work on your fitness. You have to work hard in the nets. When you have the rhythm and the position of the bounce and seam is good then you get results. There is always good bounce on Mumbai wickets. I bowled in good areas and it paid off. I made a plan with Hardik to keep the ball at one place only. The ball was moving a bit and the idea was to keep bowling in the tight off stump channel. If everyone contributes a little bit, it will be really good for the confidence of the players. We did well to bundle out Australia for 188 and we should be able to chase that down. I get to know from the seam how well I am holding the ball.
