Nowadays people like to eat kadhi if there is any festival. Let me tell you, if you also like curry, then today we are going to tell you how you can easily make kadhi at home.

Ingredients for making curry-

3 cups curd

1 cup besan

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 tsp red chili powder

salt to taste

1 tsp garam masala

1 cup water

1/4 cup oil

1/2 tsp asafoetida

2 tsp cumin

5-6 whole red chilies

For the tempering: 1 tbsp ghee

1 tsp red chili powder

For making pakodas: 1 cup gram flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup oil

Method of making curry- For your information, first of all add gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, salt and garam masala. After this, make a smooth batter by adding curd to it, add water to it. Now heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin and whole red chilies. After which in the morning add gram flour and curd and boil the prepared mixture. Now cook it on low flame till it thickens slightly. On the other hand, prepare a batter by mixing all the ingredients for making pakodas.

Heat half a cup of oil in a wok and sieve the pakora mixture well so that it gets cooked longer and lighter. Now reduce the flame to medium and fry the pakodas in it and when the pakodas turn golden brown, take them out from the oil and keep them aside. After which mix the pakoras in the curry. Prepare hot curry and take it out in a serving dish. ,
