Materials:
- semolina
- Mango juice
- Baking soda
- Baking powder
- milk
- Almond pieces

Action:
- To make juicy hapus mango cake first, soak hapus mangoes in water for sometime. After that remove the skin from the top of the mango and take out the inner gar and put it in a mixer bowl and grind it finely.
- Put semolina in a mixer bowl and grind it into a fine powder. Then once again add mango pulp, sugar, cardamom powder and a little cold milk in the mixer bowl and mix it finely.
- Add mango curd, cardamom powder, baking soda, baking powder prepared in a fine mixture of semolina and mix well.
- Grease a cake pan and pour the prepared mango mixture into it and set it on top with chopped almonds and dry fruits of your choice.
- Bake the cake in the oven at 170°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Instant soft mango cake is ready.
