Ingredients to make Onion-Curd Curry

250 grams curd, one onion, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, one teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon kasoori methi, four green chilies chopped, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 bowl faded boondi, 1/4 1 tsp garam masala and salt as per taste.

How to make Onion-Curd Curry

To make Onion-Curd Curry, first put curd in a vessel and churn it. Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame.

When the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds in it and temper it. Before this, cut the onion into slices and keep it. When the cumin starts crackling, add onion and fry it for two to three minutes.

When the onion turns brown in color, add finely chopped green chilies and fry it. After about a minute add curd to the onion mixture and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. After this add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste to the vegetable and mix it well with the help of a ladle.

After this add faded boondi, garam masala and kasoori methi to the vegetable and mix. Cook while stirring it for some time, then turn off the gas. Take your hot onion-curd curry is ready.Onion Curd Curry , Serve it with roti or rice and enjoy.
