New Delhi. Microsoft has launched a tool which is probably the most powerful productivity tool of this decade. The company has even called it the most powerful productivity tool on the planet. Microsoft has named it Co Pilot and all this has become possible due to GPT 4 of Open AI. You can also consider the Copilot tool as an assistant.

We will talk about what is Co Pilot, how it works and how it can make your life (especially work life) easier. But before that let me tell you a small example of Co Pilot. With this interesting example, curiosity will come in you to understand Copilot.

You work somewhere and have to give a power point presentation to the boss. Or, you want a job somewhere, for that you have to prepare a power point presentation.

China’s entry in the battle of chatbots, will compete with Google and ChatGPT?
It takes at least one to two hours to prepare a proper Power Point presentation. Many times people keep making power point presentation for a few days. But with the Copilot tool, the work of several days will be done in a few seconds.

What to write in Power Point slides, what design to keep, what animation to keep, which template to select, which photo to use, how to use animation, etc… etc… Copilot can do all this in a few seconds. Will give You just have to give command to a Copilot and he will do your work in seconds.

Satya Nadella said, Co pilot will be necessary like keyboard and mouse…
Microsoft organized an event. In this recorded event, the company’s CEO Satya Nadella told about Copilot. Satya Nadella has said that Copilot has been designed so that people’s difficult work gets completed in a jiffy.

Satya Nadella even said that just as at present humans cannot think of computing without keyboard, mouse and multi-touch, in the future humans cannot think of computing without Copilot and Natural Language. In the future, Copilot will be required for computing as much as keyboard and mouse are needed to access the computer now.

Let us now know what is Co Pilot and how does it work…
Microsoft 360 Copilot is a new tool/assistant from the company which will be found in all Microsoft Office 365 products. Copilot will be supported in other Microsoft products such as Teams, including Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Microsoft has said during the Copilot launch that till now people use only 10% of PowerPoint’s tools, but after the arrival of Copilot, 100% of PowerPoint’s tools will be able to be used. You just have to give the command, Copilot will do all your work.

Similarly, Copilot will do its work in Ms Excel also. Excel is used by small startups to top companies around the world. To use Ms Excel with the help of Copilot tool, users will not even need to know all the tools and shortcuts of Ms Excel. Because the work that users have to do is to tell Copilot in text form.

For example, SOWT Analysis is to be done in Ms Excel. Or create a chart or graph from data in Excel. For this, you will not need to know the commands of Excel. You can create charts or graphs from that data by speaking to Copilot. This is a very small example, but Excel users can understand how useful this tool will be for them.

Now let’s talk about the use case of Copilot in Outlook. Outlook is also used for primary communication in most offices. After the arrival of the co-pilot in this, the work of the people will become easier.

For example, by speaking to Copilot, you can get the summary of a long wide email in just a few words. That is, you will not have to read long wide emails, because Copilot will tell you what is in that mail and what is important for you to know.

If you want to invite your relatives or friends for a party, you can enable Copilot in Outlook and tell them. He will prepare an invitation email for you and will also send it to the selected contacts if asked.

In simple words, Microsoft has prepared an assistant for its Office products, which has been named Microsoft 365 Copilot. It will help people in their work in all the products of Office.

When will you get Copilot in your Ms Word and Excel?
Microsoft has said that Microsoft 365 Copilot is currently being tested with 20 customers, including 8 Fortune 50 companies.

In the coming time its preview will be given to more people. Since Copilot’s target customer base is in offices, the company will initially give access to companies so that they can provide this facility to their employees.
