why remake
He had said very clearly and from the heart, ‘Remakes are being made only for money. What does it mean to recreate a good old song? Just take an old song, remove the drums from it, add Shehnai and the song remains the same. Its true form is the best. He also said that when the lyrics of a song are changed, the heart of the song goes away and the listeners are not able to love it as before, hence it is more important to create new and original music.
