The Lower Court was ordered by the Appellate Court that it is mandatory to hear the Court Commission without listening to 7 Rule 11. According to the dignity of the court, instead of listening on 7 rule 11, one should listen on the court commission. People of Shahi Idgah Masjid Committee want to escalate the case. He said that the members of the Shahi Idgah Masjid Committee and the people do not have any papers.
Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi pays the tax of the mosque
