Case against former Bahubali MLA Vijay Mishra, eight policemen suspended
The trouble of former MLA Vijay Mishra of Gyanpur is increasing day by day. The former MLA, who appeared in the court on Friday, found it difficult to hinder government work and make statements. On the instructions of SP Santosh Kumar Mishra, a case has been registered against the former MLA in the city Kotwali for obstructing government work, rhetoric and other sections. At the same time, the SP suspended eight policemen, including the inspector. A letter has been written to the SP of Agra for action against the policemen who came in custody during court appearance from Agra.
In the case of extortion of fifteen lakh rupees from Vindhyachal’s pilgrimage priest Avnish Mishra, former MLA of Gyanpur, Vijay Mishra, was brought from Agra jail to the ACJM court in the court on Friday. After coming out after the court appearance, the former MLA of Bahubali had made serious allegations against the government and the top police officers. As soon as the matter came to the notice of SP Santosh Kumar Mishra, immediate action was taken.
A case was registered in the city Kotwali against former MLA Vijay Mishra, who came on the instructions of the SP, for acting against the rules, obstructing government work, making unrestrained statements. At the same time, eight policemen, including the inspector engaged in duty, were suspended while taking action on charges of negligence.
Apart from this, the SP has written a letter to the Agra administration for action against the policemen engaged in custody who brought the former MLA to production from Agra Jail. SP Santosh Kumar Mishra said that a case has been registered against former MLA Vijay Mishra, who appeared in the ACJM court, under other sections including obstruction of government work in the city Kotwali.
