The Directorate General of Foreign Trade had yesterday issued an order regarding this ban, which said that arrangements for export would be made where ICLCs have been issued. It states that on the permission of the Government of India, export of wheat will be allowed to such countries which need food security and the government of the country concerned has made such a request.
