Family Day Special: Don’t go different on small things, ‘This is your home, change the way of my home – make our home’
If we talk about the last few years, then most of the joint families have disintegrated in the country. As time passes, the disintegration of families is also increasing rapidly. On small things, the paths of life of the people of the house have started to differ. With the changing times, the meaning and meaning of family is also changing.
Joint families in one house are now confined to pictures only. From villages to big cities, almost everyone is living separately. The major reason for the disintegration of the family is the different ideologies of the people at present. Today is 15th May. International Family Day is celebrated on this day.
This year the United Nations has kept the theme of World Family Day as ‘Family and Urbanization’. Talking about India, there will be very few such families, who are living jointly under one roof with laughter and happiness. At present, families are divided on the basis of ‘Yeh Tera Ghar, Yeh Mera Ghar’. After the disintegration of families, the society also went on disintegrating.
As time is passing by, the graph of disintegration of families is increasing rapidly. In today’s environment, mutual love is less visible in the homes, but there is a tribulation due to one thing or the other. Let us tell you that the joint family or integration family has been considered as the first step of unity in the society.
Everyone will remember the members of the family sitting together in homes, having food, participating in Teej collectively, festivals. The concept of society is incomplete without family. In such a situation, it is the families that play an important role in keeping people connected to each other.
Family not only strengthens our relationship, but also stands with us in every happiness and sorrow, that is why family is very important in our life. In today’s modern life also the importance of family has reduced.
Today joint families are rarely seen in villages or small towns or big cities. The biggest reason for the disintegration of big families and being confined to small families is the selfish thinking of humans.
Celebration of International Family Day was started from the year 1993
Let us tell you that in the year 1993, the United Nations General Assembly started International Family Day and it was announced to celebrate it on 15 May every year. International Family Day is celebrated on this day to connect communities and people around the world with their families, to make them aware of social processes, to spread awareness in the society on issues related to family, to give information about family planning. International Families Day was first celebrated in the year 1994.
The purpose of celebrating this day is that there should be no disintegration in the family. If we talk about the old eras or even on the basis of religious beliefs, there used to be disintegration of families like today, but the dissolution of family has become common in modern society. In such a situation, International Family Day is celebrated because the family is not broken.
Being in the midst of family keeps you stress free and happy. Also, you are not a victim of loneliness or depression. Not only this, living with family also keeps untouched from many social evils. The main objective of International Family Day is to make the youth aware of the family so that the youth are not away from their family.
Whatever the family may be, but always he always keeps the interests of his loved ones in mind. Let us tell you that no matter how much the society changes, no matter how much we wear the cloak of western civilization, but the importance of joint family was and will always be in the country. The joy, security, experience and emotional attachment in a joint family is in the family, it will not be found anywhere.
Family makes us feel safe, it gives us the feeling of having someone in life with whom you can share your problems. This day also gives a sense of respect and responsibility towards each other. In times of trouble, only home is remembered and it gives you shelter.
