The survey work in the famous Gyanvapi Mosque was over on Sunday. Today was the second day of the survey. In the survey that started at 8 am, the survey was done on the upper part and western end of the Gyanvapi Masjid. The team came out of the mosque premises after about one and a half hours after the survey work was over. The survey work will continue on the third day i.e. on Monday as well. Lawyers told that there is still two hours of survey work left. Lawyers for the Hindu side who came out of the mosque premises said that the claim of the Hindu side has been strengthened. On the second day, after opening the door adjacent to the western wall, the team reached the terrace and surveyed the domes. Earlier, after the order of the district court, the survey work was started on Saturday. Court commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, special commissioner Vishal Singh and administrative officials, plaintiffs, a team of 52 people from the respondent side entered the Gyanvapi Masjid premises. The investigation of the dungeons was started. The four rooms located in the basement of the mosque have been surveyed. During this, snake charmers were also present along with the administration team.

The team did videography from the construction of the walls to the pillars. Survey work has started once again from 8 am on Sunday. Tight security arrangements have been made during the survey. More than 1500 police and PAC personnel have been deployed within a radius of about one kilometer of the mosque premises.

Hindu side’s lawyer Vishnu Jain, who came out of the mosque premises, told the media that the complete survey could not be done today. About one and a half to two hours of work is left, so work will continue on Monday as well. Tomorrow morning once again at 8 o’clock the team will go to the mosque premises and will leave after completing the survey work for one and a half hours. The evidence the team found during the survey today is very encouraging. He said that today the survey work has been delayed due to the documentation of the video. At the same time, the counsel for the UP government said that people on both sides are satisfied with the work of the survey.
