Integrated Control Command Center will do GPS tracking of ration of the poor
328 trucks have been deployed to transport the wheat and rice of the poor to the ration shops of Bareilly division. All trucks are equipped with GPS. Their tracking is being done through Integrated Control Command Center. The government has a direct eye on the food grains of the poor. In Bareilly division, cases have been registered against 18 mafia for black marketing of food grains in a year.
DSO Neeraj Singh said that GPS system has been installed in all the transport vehicles engaged in the distribution of food grains. So that they can be monitored online. Find out where the car is after taking the food grains. When has it reached the kotdars? He said that all the vehicles are being connected to the Control Command Center. Government ration shops are being shifted on the main road. Cars do not reach the shops between the streets and densely populated. This causes trouble. Therefore, all the shops should be shifted on the main roads. If the shops of the kotdars are not shifted on the main road, their licenses will be canceled.
DC Food Rajan Goyal informed that swift action has been taken against those who do black marketing of food grains. Several cases have been registered against the food mafia in the entire Bareilly division. 52 godowns of Bareilly division are under CCTV surveillance. Once the food grains are released from them, they are tracked through GPS. As many as 5400 ration shops of the Mandal are engaged in food grains. GPS has been installed in 90 percent of the vehicles. All trains are being connected to Integrated Control Command Center and DSO Office.
