Precautionary dose of Corona to those going abroad, Health Ministry sent letter to the states


New Delhi. The Center said on Friday that people going abroad for job, education and business purposes can take a precautionary dose three months after taking the second dose of the anti-coronavirus vaccine. In this regard, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health, Manohar Agnani has sent a letter to all the states.

In a letter to the states and union territories, the Center said that necessary provisions have been made for precautionary doses on the Kovin portal and citizens are not required to upload documents like visas. Manohar Agnani, Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Health said that the Ministry should take precautionary measures against people traveling internationally for education, employment, participation in sports events, as official delegation of India and for attending bilateral and multilateral meetings due to business commitments. There were several requests for early dose delivery.
