Teghra (Begusarai) : The body of an unknown youth floating in the Balan river, Nonpur, was recovered by the Teghada police station. There was a crowd of people. The body was sent to Begusarai. The body of an unidentified youth floating in water in the Balan river in front of Shivala Ghat located in Nonpur village of Pipra Dodraj Panchayat under Teghada police station area was recovered by Teghada police station on Friday. After which the body was sent to Sadar Hospital Begusarai for post-mortem.

According to the information received in relation to the incident, when people went towards the Balan river on Friday morning, they saw the body of a young man floating in the water. As soon as the information was received, there was a sensation in the area. Hundreds of women, men and children gathered on the spot. At the same time, the incident was reported to the Teghada police station. After getting information, Teghada police station reached the spot, with the help of local people and police force, took out the body floating in the water and then took advance action.

The local PACS President Ramcharitra Mahato, Sarpanch Hiralal Mahato and JDU Panchayat President Shambhu Pandit etc. told that the dead body was in a naked state and the face seemed to be burnt with acid as well as both eyes were also torn. It seems that some unknown people killed the said unknown youth and threw the dead body in the river. After which the body swelled completely in the water, then it started swimming in the water and reached the Shivala Ghat. Teghra police station sub-inspector Shivdayal Singh said that the body has not been identified. Only after the investigation of the incident and the post-mortem report comes, the whole incident will be resolved.
