In Uttar Pradesh’s Tajnagri Agra (Agra), without getting divorced from the first wife, it became costly for the businessman to marry again. After Jaimala, preparations had been made to take rounds. But, the relatives of the first wife reached the spot. During this there was a lot of commotion. The police caught the groom and brought him to the Tajganj police station, he had to spend the whole night in a lock-up. He was challaned for breach of peace this morning. While the bride was married to the groom’s younger brother, after the matter came to light, there was a discussion in the area.
First wife created a ruckus
The first marriage of mobile merchant Rakshendra, resident of Nagla Mansha of Tajganj, was on 16 February 2012 with Rekha, a resident of Chor Nagaria. He also has a daughter. Disturbed by harassment at her in-laws’ house, on October 25, 2017, Rekha filed a case against Rakshendra in the women’s police station. The case is pending in the court. Rekha put a case of maintenance in Delhi court. Both are not divorced yet.
Inspector Bhupendra Kumar Balian, in-charge of the same police station Tajganj, said that no written complaint was received in the matter till night, on which action for breach of peace has been taken against the groom. He was caught by PRV and brought to the police station. On the other hand, the bride’s family also created a ruckus when the groom’s reality came to the fore. He said that he would file a case of fraud, on which the family members sat and talked, after which the brother of the mobile merchant was made the groom, the businessman whom the businessman was marrying, now became his brother-in-law.
