Natural cure for cough in children using Palm Sugar, Recipe

How to prepare- Ingredients
2 glasses of water
1 inch dried ginger
1.5 inch palm jaggery crystals
Preparation
In a saucepan, boil 2 glasses of water
Add dried ginger and palm jaggery crystals to boiling water
Lower the flame and let it simmer until the liquid reduces to 1 glass
Remove from flame, strain the mixture and serve hot
things to note
diet: If mucus persists, use this remedy twice a day for best results.
For young children (6 months and older): For babies suffering from cough problem, Panam Kalakandam can be included in their diet.
