Ingredients needed to make Makhana Namkeen

100 grams makhana
100 grams peanuts
100 grams cashews
100 grams Badaj
100 grams dry coconut
50 grams raisins
15-20 curry leaves
2 tbsp desi ghee
rock salt as per taste
black pepper as per taste

How to make Makhana Namkeen

To make makhana salty, first put 1 spoon of ghee in a pan and roast the makhana on low flame. In another pan, add remaining ghee and fry all the remaining ingredients one by one.
