Negligence in solving public problems will not be tolerated: DM


Aligarh. Complete Solution Day was organized in the Annexe Auditorium Atrauli under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Sanjeev Ranjan. With the priority of quick and quality resolution of public problems, a large number of villagers and common people put forward their problems in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in Atrauli, many of which were resolved on the spot.
A total of 54 public complaints were received during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, out of which 16 complaints were related to Revenue Department, 12 Development Department, 08 Police, 06 Electricity, 04-04 Forest and Supply Department and 04 other departments. Of these, 07 cases were disposed of on the spot, while in 03 cases a joint team of police and revenue department was formed and sent to the spot.
DM Sanjeev Ranjan gave strict instructions to the officers and said that every complaint should be resolved in a timely and impartial manner. He said that the problems of the people should be taken seriously and justice should be ensured to the poor, deprived and victims on priority basis. The DM made it clear that solving public problems is the top priority of the administration and no negligence will be accepted in this.
Various district level officers including SSP Neeraj Jadaun, DDO Alok Arya, CMO Dr. Neeraj Tyagi, SDM Sumit Kumar, CO Rajiv Dwivedi, Naib Tehsildar Mayank Kumar were present during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas and held a public hearing.
