You will have to give up the habit of drinking tea or coffee as soon as you wake up in the morning and start drinking lukewarm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon and one spoon of honey. If you want, you can soak cumin, fennel or celery in water overnight, boil it in the morning, filter it and drink it.
