Photos of accused Vikas Singh Vicky in cough syrup case with Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sanjay Prasad went viral, Amitabh Thakur raised questions by writing a letter to CM Yogi.

Azad Adhikar Sena National President Amitabh Thakur has today written a letter to UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath demanding an investigation into the facts of the alleged closeness of Vikas Singh Vicky, who is facing charges in the cough syrup case, with Chief Secretary Chief Minister Sanjay Prasad. He wrote in the letter that in continuation of all the letters sent by me earlier in the cough syrup issue, I would like to inform that according to the information received from various media reports and other reliable sources, Vikas Singh Vicky has played a major role in taking Shubham Jaiswal, Amit Singh Tata and Alok Singh to Dubai in this case.

Amitabh Thakur said that in this sequence, I have received some photographs of Sanjay Prasad, who has been appointed on many important posts including Chief Minister of UP and Principal Secretary of Home Department for a very long time. The person standing and present very close to him in the above photographs is said to be Vikas Singh Vicky. He told that according to the information given to me, the said Vikas Singh Vicky Cuffe has close proximity with Sanjay Prasad and many other high ranking bureaucrats and police officers.

He said that the role of Vikas Singh Vicky in the cough syrup case is already under investigation, hence this alleged photo of him with Sanjay Prasad and his alleged closeness to many bureaucrats and police officers raises many serious questions in itself, which is the subject of a separate investigation.

He said that my request is to please immediately investigate the facts of Vikas Singh Vicky’s alleged closeness to various bureaucrats and police officers including Sanjay Prasad and ensure appropriate action.
