There has been a clash between villagers and police personnel in Lucknow and Moradabad. The villagers allege that the police has got a person murdered. During this time there was stone pelting by the villagers. Angered by the suspicious death of a villager who got crushed under the tractor, the villagers surrounded the police team. The villagers torched the police jeep. The villagers alleged that the policemen chased the empty tractor trolley with the jeep for illegal recovery, which led to the accident. Police Accusing the people of murder, people said that the farmer, who was picking up soil from the field and filling it in the plot, died after being crushed under the tractor. Angered by the death of the villager, people attacked the police team. The mob surrounded the villagers and beat up the policemen. A soldier became unconscious after being beaten by the mob. A case has been registered against four policemen in the death case. A case of murder has been registered against two named and two unknown. In the FIR lodged by the relatives of the deceased, it has been said that Lokesh Kumar was going to the fields with a tractor trolley at around 2 o'clock in the night, when at 2.38 o'clock village head Keshav Kumar got a call that he was calling from the police station. . The village head inquired from Lokesh where he was. Lokesh told that he was going to his farm, then the head contacted his family members asking where he was. According to the FIR, the family members of the deceased claimed that they were on the way. When we had set out, we found a white colored car on the road in which 4 policemen were sitting. We recognized the 2 policemen sitting in the front, in which Anees constable and Naresh constable were there and two more policemen were sitting behind. When we asked them, sir. Where are you coming from? They said that a boy named Lokesh was running away with a tractor, we were chasing him and went away. It is said in the FIR that when we reached the farm, we were told that Lokesh was not present. When we looked here and there, Lokesh was nowhere to be seen. Then we thought that he might have gone to work at someone's place. When he did not come home for a long time, we and our family members started searching and found him dead near the field of Kohram Singh, 50 meters from the canal, near the road.
It is alleged that the above mentioned person used to take money from Lokesh to get the soil dug, but when Lokesh refused, he used to threaten him with death and said that we will implicate you in a false case and get your tractor seized. When the said person followed Lokesh, So he got scared and started running away with the tractor, then they beat up Lokesh and killed him and pressed his body under the tractor and fled from the spot.
