Raja Bhaiya’s divorce case hearing postponed, wife Bhanvi Singh directed to file reply by July 25

New Delhi. Delhi’s Saket court has postponed the hearing on the divorce case of Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, MLA from Kunda assembly constituency in Uttar Pradesh. Raja Bhaiya’s wife Bhanvi Singh did not file a reply on Tuesday. Court has directed Bhanvi Singh to file reply by 25th July.

Raja Bhaiya has filed for divorce from his wife Bhanvi Kumari. While hearing the petition, the court had issued notice to Bhanvi Singh on 10 April.

It is noteworthy that in March, Bhanvi Kumari lodged an FIR at Jorbagh police station in Delhi. In the FIR, Bhanvi Kumari had made serious allegations against Raja Bhaiya’s brother Akshay Pratap Singh. Raja Bhaiya came in favor of his brother. After that she filed a divorce application in the Family Court of Saket Court.
