Ravi Shastri Controversy : The fifth test match between India and England was canceled due to corona infection in the Indian camp. After the cancellation of this Test match in Manchester, questions are being raised in the ceremony organized in London regarding the launch of the book of Team India’s head coach Ravi Shastri. After which Ravi Shastri has reacted on this issue.

In fact, before the start of the fourth Test match, a book launch program was organized in a hotel in London in which Ravi Shastri and Virat Kohli were the chief guests. Physio Nitin Patel, bowling coach Bharat Arun and fielding coach R Sridhar were found positive after the ceremony. Before the fifth Test, Indian team’s assistant physio Yogesh Parmar was also found positive.

Responding to this issue, Ravi Shastri has said that ‘the whole UK was open from the first test match, there is no restriction, so it could have happened anytime’.

When asked whether any action would be taken against him, the officials said that Shastri or Kohli are unlikely to be punished for this act before the T20 World Cup. Shastri is leaving after the World Cup.
