Asim Umar alias Sana ul Haq, the Indian subcontinent (AQIS) of the terrorist organization Al Qaeda killed in Afghanistan, was a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He had once demanded money from his father to go to Saudi to study, and left home after not getting it.
Asim Umar alias Sana-ul-Haq used to call his family Shannu. Omar had severed all ties with the family. Omar was killed in a joint attack between America and Afghanistan. Asim’s elder brother Rizwan said in a conversation with reporter that the news of Asim Omar’s death was given to him by the LIU police of the district.
Did not get money for studies, then left home
Omar’s brother Rizwan told that the terrorist Umar studied up to 8th class in a government school in Sambhal. Omar once demanded money to go to Saudi Arabia but when he did not get the money, he left home. Rizwan said that in 1993, Omar had gone to Deoband. After that we met occasionally but since 1998 he was not contacted.
Asim Umar was educated up to 8th class at Hind Inter College, Sambhal. After that, Hifz was performed in Sambhal’s Roja Mosque. After some time Omar went to Deoband. In 1991, he earned a maulviat degree. After that he wanted to go to Saudi Arabia and study.
