Reliance Foundation Helps Uttarakhand With Corona, Rs 5 Crore Given To SDMA

The outbreak of the second wave of Corona virus is not taking its name. In such a situation, from big companies and entrepreneurs to the common man, they are helping in every possible way. Several companies, including Reliance Industries (RIL), are supplying thousands of metric tons of liquid medical oxygen every day. In this episode, Reliance Foundation has extended a helping hand towards Uttarakhand. Reliance Foundation has provided Rs 5 crore to the Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority (Uttarakhand SDMA) to help in efforts to deal with Corona.

The Foundation wrote a letter to Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat and said, ‘Uttarakhand Government is continuously working in these difficult circumstances. Foundation is supporting Rs 5 crore to Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority to help in efforts to tackle Covid-19 in the state. The Reliance Foundation acknowledges that the current situation requires a comprehensive, sustainable and flexible response.

Order given to District Magistrates in Uttarakhand to distribute Ivermectin

The Government of Uttarakhand has announced that ivermectin and anti-parasitic medicines will be distributed in the state. Let us tell you that the state governments of Goa (Karnataka) and Karnataka (Karnataka) have also made the same announcement. The Government of Uttarakhand has taken this decision based on the recommendation of the State Level Clinical Technical Committee. Chief Secretary of the state Om Prakash has issued orders in this regard to all the district magistrates. The committee recommended that the increasing cases of covid-19 infection from ivermectin tablets be overcome with the vaccination campaign.

Ivermectin of 12mg to each family

According to the order issued by the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand, the kit given to all the families by the Health Department and DM of the state will contain 12 mg of ivemectin tablets. Let us know that on Wednesday, 7,120 new cases of Kovid-19 have been reported in Uttarakhand. 118 of them have died. Meanwhile, the number of new cases of corona infection is decreasing throughout the country. However, the positivity rate is still around 45 percent in some states, which is a cause for concern. During the last two weeks, new cases of corona have been increasing continuously in several districts of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh including Dehradun in Uttarakhand.
