Governor Sinegubov said that this time Russian fighter planes and missiles had specifically targeted the city of Chuhuiv in Kharkiv. Due to the rockets fired by the Russian Army targeting residential colonies, the entire population caught fire in no time. Due to this rain of gunpowder, many multi-storey residential buildings of the city have been completely damaged and turned into ruins and at least 18 vehicles parked on the roads have been burnt and turned into piles of debris.
